We all have people and situations that trigger us but imagine if you could understand why....really why this is happening and then DO something constructive to change it. It an easy to read book with simple yet profound techniques. If you want to live a healthier and happier life...no excuses....get this book. You'll be so glad you did!

This is an incredible book, that I am so glad I bought. It takes a simple concept and gives you ways of implementing it into your daily life. The MIRROR gives you practical exercises to work on, which for me has provided insight, profound change, and real transformation. I can’t recommend it enough for those who want to gain insight into their inner world and to create an outer reality that they really desire.
